Nun frage ich Mich ...wo steige ich ein.... bei ELORO oder Megastar  ???? oder von beiden etwas ????  

ist heute beständig gestiegen, also entweder ist der Deal mit Megastar geplatzt (es bedeutet für die Eloro Aktionäre schließlich eine starke Verwässerung) oder es könnte neue Ergebnisse vom Projekt geben. Bin gespannt.  

Eloro kann mit sehr guten Simkar Ergebnissen rechnen.
Das private placement ist auch durch.
Eine Komplettübernahme durch Megastar immer möglich.
Vielleicht ist es aber auch einfach die Tatsache, dass Eloro sau billig ist ;-)

The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing documentation pertaining to an asset purchase and voting trust agreement dated Nov. 18, 2010, between Eloro Resources Ltd. and Megastar Development Corp., whereby the company has agreed to acquire Megastar's Simkar gold property located near Val d'Or, Que.

Under the terms of the agreements, the company will acquire Megastar's Simkar property for a total of 70 million common shares. The transaction closed in escrow on Nov. 18, 2010. Release from escrow is expected to occur in February, 2011.

As I informed you in my previous correspondences, we can't move forward with MDV until the business combination with Eloro is closed. To this end, us I told you, we must wait until Eloro receives the final acceptance and approval from TSXV.

Eloro just received that final TSX approval on Thursday afternoon and now I expect the wheels to get into motion towards closing. In the meantime, we are also planning and strategizing towards reorganization of "new Megastar", that includes amongst other things, reviewing and updating our two existing projects - SEDEX Zn, Pb, Ag project in British Columbia and RALLEAU Cu, Zn, Au project in Quebec, finalizing the NI 43-101 Technical Report on our 100% owned Ralleau property, and last but not least, reviewing other projects and opportunities for a possible acquisition and strengthening of Megastar..

Eloro steigt, glaube ich, weil Fantasie besteht, dass Eloro und Megastar in naher Zukunft zu einem Unternehmen verschmelzen. So wie bei VG Gold und Lexam. 3 Direktoren von Megastar sitzen bereits in der Führungsetage von Eloro. Die beiden Unternehmen sind so eng miteinander verbunden, da liegt es Nahe, dass sie fusionieren. Jetzt noch nicht, denn Megastar braucht dringend frisches Geld für Ralleau und neue Projekte. Aber sobald neue Ergebnisse von Simkar vorliegen, kann ich mir eine Fusion gut vorstellen.
