TORONTO, Ontario –April 13, 2012 -- KMA Global Solutions International, Inc. (KMAG.PK)
KMAG has completed its filing for Q3 and anticipates that it will post the Attorney letter today to allow for Current Status to return on OTC Markets.
The Company is reviewing its Q4 and Annual filing now and will post before the April 30th due date.
Plans are in place now once the company has completed its annual filing to announce a full time CFO to the company that will be responsible to insure timely filings and announcements going forward. The person we have selected for this role has many years of experience working with reporting public companies and has been closely associated with the CEO for many years.
The company is also in final negotiations with an experienced person from the Retail security and the RFID marketplace to take on the role of President and General Manager of KMAG. Upon finalization of his contract he will add an immediate presence for KMAG in the marketplace we have not enjoyed for the past 3 years.
It is our plan to have both of these appointees to become Board members as well. Official announcements will be made upon finalization of their agreements.
