sollte der Boden erreicht sein.... und es ist an der Zeit hier zu investieren.
Die aktuelle Dividenden-Rendite liegt bei unglaublichen 19 % . Ich bin mutig und investiere da ich an dem Management glaube.
Die Aktie ist unter den Rädern gekommen da das 2 te Quartal enttäuschend ausgefallen ist. Das hatte aber auch seine Gründe da es eine Fusion gab mit einem Schwestern Fonds und es zu Abschreibungen gekommen ist.....quasi einer Bereinigung.
Für mich ist Blackrock ein Name und von daher gibt es auch eine gewisse Sicherheit das die Dinge in die richtige Richtung laufen.

ich verfolge den Aktienkurs jetzt ja auch schon eine Weile, ist leider immer wieder gefallen. Wäre es jetzt mal Zeit günstig einzusteigen oder sollte man lieber noch warten? Wie ist Eure Meinung?
Ich kann das nur aus dem Gefühl heraus beurteilen.

kaufe kräftig nach.... 86 % der Kredite sind Erstpfandrecht...und der NAV Rabatt liegt aktuell bei 35 %
hier wurde kräftig überverkauft dank Steuersaison wo man Verluste geltend machen kann in der Steuererklärung.
Die Rendite ist hübsch....und passt perfekt ins Einkommensportfolio. Vielen Dank an die Angsthasen  :-)

Es geht ja schon eine ganze Zeit runter mit der Aktie....jetzt wurde veröffentlicht das es massive Probleme gibt mit mehreren Firmen...und das der NAV um runde 20 % gesenkt werden muss...
Leider eine absolute Enttäuschung.... daher ist diese Aktie nicht mehr zu empfehlen....Vertrauen ist jedenfalls bei mir im Eimer.... denn die Probleme scheinen schon länger bekannt zu sein.
Ich hatte mir schon gewundert warum es seit mindestens 10 Monaten nur nach unten geht....aber den Grund hatte ich nicht gefunden...

Die vorläufigen Zahlen haben es ja schon vorweggenommen, dennoch rutscht der Kurs nach Veröffentlichung des Q-4 Ergebnis nochmal ordentlich ab.

beträgt bei meinem EK dann immerhin noch 12% wenn es die Divi jedes Quartal gibt. Bei Neukauf wäre das dann 16,xx %. Der Absturz ist zwar schade, aber wenn der Kurs jetzt stabil bleibt wäre es ganz so schlimm auch nicht. Nur meine Meinung.
