es bedeutet das die Company nur noch 1932 Shares Ihrer A/S am Markt verkaufen könnte. Sprich die Shares sind max. im Markt. Das ist ja das schöne, wir haben hier einen festen Wert und eine weitere Verwässerung ist nicht mehr möglich. Alle weiteren Zahlen basieren auf diesem Wert ;)
Es ist bei den meisten OTC - Werten der Fall das die O/S Shares bei weitem geringer sind als die A/S.
Ein Beispiel:
Firma XY hat aktuell O/S (also ausgegebene Aktien) von evtl. 500.000.000 und eine genemigte Zahl von
A/S (Anzahl der möglichen Aktien die die Firma in den Markt verkaufen darf) von 2.000.000.000 (eine nicht ungewöhnliche Konstelation). Damit ist die Möglichkeit einer Verwässerung durch Kapitalbedarf der Firma nicht unbedeutend, der faire Wert einer Aktie kann so schnell verändert werden, da sich die Bewertung der Firma nach den O/S richtet.

- morgen fallen die 0,01 - hope so  

eine Frage die wir uns seit letzter Woche fragen .
Nach meiner Meinung ist es eigentlich egal (hatte das schon vorher mal geschrieben), aber es ist scheinbar unausweichlich das die Marke irgendwann in naher Zukunft fällt.
Es ist schon ein sehr beruhigendes Gefühl mal in einem Top OTC Wert zu sein der kontinuirlich seinen Weg geht ohne News am laufenden Band zu bringen, die nur eines im Sinn haben - Shares am Markt zu verkaufen.
Gute Arbeit im Hintergrund und erst wenn alles perfekt ist wird darüber berichtet.
Ich kann mich nur wiederholen - dies ist Pinkie-Land mal ganz anders.
