Auf den ersten Blick schade. Aber:
Man muss wissen, dass das Management in den letzten Jahren immer VOR guten News Aktien verkauft hat, um nicht danach wegen Insider Handel belangt zu werden.

Ich rechne damit, dass weitere Manager Aktien verkaufen und es nach den Zahlen am 10. August noch eine mega gute News geben wird. Bevor diese kommt, verkaufen Abraham und Co. Würden sie dann verkaufen, wenn der Kurs weiter oben steht, könnte man sie wegen Insider Handels belangen.

Deshalb gilt für Manager: Sell before good news :-)

gut analysiert, ali. der verkauf erfolgte nach "Rule 10b5-1 Trading Plan" - form 4 / verkauf hat keine aussagekraft über den weiteren kursverlauf.

Einige glauben an ein Comeback der Shorties am 10. August und dass der Kurs wieder bei guten News nach unten gedrückt wird. Bisher war dies leider oft der Fall...

Was aber, wenn es dieses Mal anders läuft? Was, wenn der Kurs nicht gedrückt wird? Was, wenn wir durch die Decke gehen und Richtung 4 Dollar steigen?

Ich werde wohl die Hälfte vorher verkaufen und die andere Hälfte behalten. Was meint ihr?

Dachte auch erst an ein Good-News sell aber die Aktie war letzte Woche so stark und diese Woche sieht es auch erst mal nicht so schlecht aus. Ganz ehrlich, den Shorties geht glaube ich die Luft aus ;-)). Denke dran Mitte August kommt auch noch die Patent Geschichte aus China. Bin mal auf Morgen Abend und den Kursverlauf gespannt, dann entscheide ich ob ich evtl. ein Teil zu Cash mache.
 

Entweder man glaubt an die Story oder nicht. Ich glaubte an die 3d Solarzelle. aber...Jetzt glaub ich halt an die Installations-Story. Es ist alles so manipuliert....

Bei 3 Milliarden erwartet man einen Verlust von bis zu 175 Mio Dollar. Unglaublich. Unsere SunWorks ist wohl das einzige Solarunternehmen, das gigantisches Wachstum verzeichnen kann... wer wird hier wohl als erstes ein Kaufangebot vorlegen? SolarCity oder SunPower?
