Itonis, a manufacturer of over-the-counter and prescription homeopathic products, has commenced the application process to file as a labeler with the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA).
Itonis Pharmaceuticals head and the Zicam cold remedy inventor Dr Charles Hensley said that a labeler status is granted to the company that manufactures, repacks or distributes a drug product.
"The Company will receive a labeler code from the FDA which will be a digital component in all the company's homeopathic products going forward," Dr Hensley added
